“I can’t recommend Mandy highly enough. I’ve always struggled with feeling good in my body. Coming from a family of “naturally skinny” females, it was hard to always be on the larger side- not over weight per say, but just larger. Over the years, I tried many different things, had many excuses and dealing with the aftermath of surviving breast cancer didn’t help either. I felt exhausted, like giving up, from “diet” plans to other trainers, no one “got me” the way Mandy did. Meeting Mandy completely changed my way of thinking, about myself, about the food I put in my body and about the woman I want my 5 year old daughter to look up to. She took the time to assess my abilities and pushed me to do things I thought I couldn’t. I got real good at burpees and planks. If you need someone to push you to the next level, she’s your gal. Next, we got my nutrition in order. She took the time to create yummy meal plans of things I actually like to eat (taco bowls!) and kept tabs on me weekly. She is a great source of information and encouragement as well as being a great coach. She takes the time to understand your life and how health and fitness fit into it. I recently began strength training and nutrition coaching with Mandy to prepare to play college volleyball starting this upcoming fall. Through her training programs, I have been able to increase my vertical and clearly see changes in both my body and how I am performing on the court.
